Seriously- this detox bath recipe will help remove toxins from the body and they also tend to make you tired so I suggest doing them before bed!
If you struggle with toxins or skin issues this natural recipe is a simple, easy and inexpensive way to boost health! I’m always up for a warm bath, and these natural add-ons help improve health while you relax!
Just add the following to warm bath water:
1 cup baking soda (to help neutralize the acids in the toxins), 1 cup Epsom salts (to draw more fluids and toxins out of the skin)
5 drops lavender essential oil (gentle antiseptic)
5 drops chamomile essential oil (anti-inflammatory and antifungal)
5 drops lemongrass essential oil (skin revitalizer).
Don’t use lemongrass essential oil if you have sensitive skin.
