Fine Lines and Wrinkles Vitamin C Mask
Combine 2 tablespoons plain yogurt, 10 drops Orange Essential Oil and 10 drops Almond Essential Oil in a mixing bowl. Stir the mixture until it thickens.
Apply the mask over your clean face and neck evenly, avoiding your eyes, nostrils and mouth. Allow the mixture to sit on your skin for 20 minutes.
Rinse the mask off with warm water, dry your face gently and apply a thin layer of moisturizer to boost this mask’s hydrating benefits. The almond oil will help hydrate your skin and the vitamin C in the orange oil can help minimize the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles
Superior Anti-Aging Face Mask
Blueberries are naturally rich in Vitamin C and contain something called anthocyanins, which boost collagen levels in the skin. Grapeseed Essential Oil is non-greasy, yet highly nourishing. It it rich is essential fatty acids, making it a superior anti-aging oil. Combine ¼ cup of blueberries and 10 drops of Grape seed Essential Oil. Puree in the blender. Apply to skin with a facial brush and rinse off after 10 to 15 minutes
Yogurt Anti-Aging Mask
Yogurt is rich in vitamin A, an essential element for anti-aging.
Mix 1 tablespoon raw honey with 2 tablespoons plain yogurt, add 5 drops Lemon Essential Oil, 5 drops Vitamin E Oil and a little bit of Turmeric powder. Apply to clean face and neck and rinse off after 10 to 15 minutes.
